What we collect

Account details (name, email, studio name, hashed password), project and campaign numbers you share, signed agreement records (typed name, time, IP address), a payment method label with its last 4 digits, invoices and payments, and a log of sign-in attempts used to block password guessing.

Why

To write your audit, run your campaign, bill the agreed fee, keep tax records and keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising other than your own campaign.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Who sees it

Our team, the campaign reviewer assigned to your project, and service providers that host the site. Software that drafts text receives only the project details needed for that draft.

How long

Audit requests: 24 months. Account and campaign records: while your account is open. Financial records: as long as tax law requires, usually 7 years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of anything we are not required to keep. Contact us from the email on your account.
